Jowell Combay details Tennessee trip

Kell high safety Jowell Combay was back at Tennessee this weekend. He spoke with Volquest leaving his visit to detail how the trip went.
“We talked a little more ball and how I can fit in and talked about their depth and their expectations coming in and how they see me fitting in,” Combay said of this. “It was more time on that. It was really nice.”
There is one aspect about Tennessee that continues to stand out to Combay.
The people and the culture here,” Combay said of this. “Coach Heupel, Coach Banks, Coach Nez, they are all great guys. So you know, being with them has been a good thing.”
Combay learned plenty more about his football fit this weekend, too. He feels like a priority to Tennessee Defensive Coordinator Tim Banks.

“They see me at safety,” he said of this. “They see me being able to do whatever I need to do to get on the field fast. Coach Banks and I had a good visit. Being in here on the weekend, we talked a lot of ball and a lot of life. Just seeing him for who he is.”
