Instead of scrimmaging other programs this fall in exhibition formats, Tennessee will focus working out against themselves in intrasquad fashion. Fans will still have the opportunity to see the program in person, however, on two separate occasions this fall.

The Vols will host a workout in Chattanooga on October 4 at AT&T Field, home of the Chattanooga Lookouts. The intrasquad scrimmage will begin at 3 p.m. ET. Tennessee will be in Nashville later in the month on October 26 for another intrasquad workout beginning at 1 p.m. CT 2 p.m. ET. The workout will take place at First Horizon Ballpark, home of the Nashville Sounds.

Nashville’s exhibition will be $25 while Chattanooga will be $12. Tickets will be sold on each team’s respective websites.

Tennessee baseball will revisit the fall exhibition plans next fall with likely matchups once again against other programs. Last year, the Vols played Troy in Jackson, Tenn. and Western Kentucky in Nashville. With the evolving landscape and changes undergone this offseason across college baseball, this is the action Tennessee chose for this window.

The Vols officially open the fall practice window on Thursday, September 25.
