Tennessee football: Joey Halzle and Brian Jean-Mary on preparing for LSU and more

Tennessee quarterback Hendon Hooker is playing as well as any signal caller in the country. Hooker is completing 72% of his passes. He’s thrown for 1193 yards 8 touchdowns and no interceptions threw four games.
Hooker is also averaging five yards a run and has scored 3 touchdowns with his feet.
Quarterbacks coach Joey Halzle discussed Hooker’s play and more on Tuesday ahead of the Vols trip to Baton Rouge.
The Vol linebackers find themselves with a challenge this week against #25 ranked LSU. The Tigers present a problem on the ground averaging 196 yards rushing a game. Quarterback Jayden Daniels leads the Tigers on the ground with 321 yards and 3 touchdowns on 60 attempts, almost twice as many attempts as any Tiger tailback.
