Report: Four-star, top-100 power forward to visit Tennessee Basketball

Tennessee Basketball has reportedly scheduled an official visit with four-star power forward Cody Peck out of Davidson Day School in Matthews, N.C. The 6-foot-9 Peck is the No. 76 overall player in the 2026 class in the Rivals Industry Rating and will visit Tennessee on October 24.
Peck is the No. 10 power forward in the class and the No. 1 overall prospect in the state of North Carolina.
The list of official visitors for the October 24 weekend is growing for the Vols, who are also scheduled to host four-star point guard Deron Rippey Jr. and four-star small forward Bryson Howard that weekend.
Tennessee plays Duke in an exhibition game at Food City Center on October 26, set for a 7 p.m. Eastern Time start.
Vols looking for first commitment in 2026 class
Tennessee does not currently have a commitment in the 2026 class, but the Vols are building a crowded list of visitors for this fall and are among the final programs in the recruitment of multiple prospects.
Four-star point guard Miles Sadler is scheduled to visit August 29-31 and four-star small forward Manny Green is scheduled to visit Tennessee October 11-13.
Four-star small forward Bo Ogden is also planning an official visit to Tennessee this fall. The Vols also hosted four-star small forward Gage Mayfield on an official visit in June.
Rippey, out of Brooklyn, N.Y., is the No. 17 overall recruit in the country, Howard is ranked No. 26 and Sadler is No. 28. Ogden is ranked No. 45 overall and Mayfield is ranked No. 72.

Tennessee is in the top five for Mayfield along with Vanderbilt, Florida State, Michigan and Oklahoma. The Vols are in the top six for Ogden (Tennessee, Texas, Purdue, Gonzaga, Kansas, Virginia), the top seven for four-star small forward Chris Washington Jr. (Alabama, Cincinnati, Auburn, Ole Miss, Villanova, Florida A&M and the top nine for four-star power forward Latrell Allmond (Tennessee, Arizona, Indiana, Kansas, Maryland, Miami, Michigan State, Oklahoma State, Virginia).
Allmond, a 6-foot-8, 225-pound prospect out of Richmond, Va.), is ranked No. 31 nationally and is the No. 4 power forward in the 2026 class.
Washington, a 6-foot-8, 185-pound small forward, is ranked No. 24 nationally and No. 8 at small forward.
Tennessee’s 2025 signing class was ranked No. 14 nationally and No. 4 in the SEC with a class score of 92.29. The Vols signed five-star small forward Nate Ament (No. 2 overall), four-star guard Amari Evans (No. 68), four-star center Dewayne Brown (No. 96), three-star point guard Troy Henderson (No. 261) and three-star guard Clarence Massamba (No. 262).
