Start times, TV info set for Tennessee basketball's SEC games

Start times and TV information for Tennessee basketball’s SEC schedule was announced on Thursday. The Vols start SEC play at home against Ole Miss on January 20, a 6 p.m. Eastern Time game on SEC Network, and end the regular-season schedule with a 4 p.m. ET home date with Kentucky on March 9 on CBS.
After the opener in Knoxville against Ole Miss, Tennessee has home dates with Florida (January 16; 7 p.m. ET, ESPN2), Alabama (January 20; TBD), South Carolina (January 30; 6:30 p.m. ET, SEC Network), LSU (February 7; 7 p.m. ET, SEC Network), Vanderbilt (February 17; 6 p.m. ET, SEC Network), Texas A&M (February 24; 8 p.m. ET, ESPN or ESPN2) and Auburn (February 28; 7 p.m. ET, ESPN2) before the regular-season finale against Kentucky.
Road games in SEC play are at Mississippi State (January 10; 7 p.m. ET, SEC Network), at Vanderbilt (January 27; 6 p.m. ET, SEC Network), at Kentucky (February 3; 8:30 p.m. ET, ESPN), at Texas A&M (February 10; 8 p.m., ESPN or ESPN2), at Arkansas (February 14; 9 p.m. ET, ESPN2), at Missouri (February 20; 7 p.m. ET, SEC Network), at Alabama (March 2; 8 p.m. ET, ESPN) and at South Carolina (March 6; 7 p.m. ET, ESPN2).
A closer look at the non-conference schedule
So far start times and TV information has been set for seven non-conference games.
Tennessee’s game at Wisconsin on November 10 will start at 9 p.m. ET and will be streamed on Peacock. The Vols and Syracuse in the first round of the Maui Invitational on November 20 will be a 2:30 p.m. ET start on ESPN2. The ACC/SEC Challenge game at North Carolina on November 29 will start at 7:15 p.m. ET on ESPN. The home date with Illinois on December 9 will start at Noon ET on CBS.

Tennessee on July 17 announced its complete non-conference schedule.
The Vols play a charity exhibition game at Michigan State on November 29, open the home schedule with an exhibition game against Lenoir-Rhyne on October 31 and will host Tennessee Tech on November 6 in the regular-season opener. They go to Wisconsin on November 10 and host Wofford on November 14, before playing three games in the Maui Invitation November 20-22.
After the November 29 game at North Carolina, Tennessee returns home to host George Mason (December 5), Illinois (December 9) and Georgia Southern (December 12).
After playing N.C. State in San Antonio on December 16, a home date with Tarleton State will be the final game before the Christmas break, scheduled for December 21. Norfolk State on January 2 is the final non-conference game.
