Live Updates: No. 11 Tennessee at No. 25 Texas A&M

Tennessee (20-7, 9-5 SEC) is back on the road at Texas A&M (20-7, 12-2) on Tuesday (7 p.m. Eastern Time, ESPN) at Reed Arena in College Station, looking to bounce back from the 66-54 loss at Kentucky on Saturday.

The Aggies started this season with a 6-5 record through the first 11 games, with losses against Murray State, Colorado, Boise State, Memphis and Wofford. They’ve won 14 of 16 since then, dropping only road games at Kentucky on January 21 and at Arkansas on January 31.
It’s been a different story for Tennessee. The Vols started with 18 wins over their first 21 games, but have dropped four of the last six games, losing at Florida and Vanderbilt, at home against Missouri and at Kentucky. Tennessee beat then-No. 1 Alabama on Wednesday and beat Auburn 46-43 in Knoxville on February 4.

A closer look at Texas A&M
Texas A&M is led by guards Wade Taylor IV and Tyrece Radford. Taylor averages 15.6 points and 4.2 assists in 27.7 minor per game, shooting 41.0 percent from the field and 27.3 percent from the 3-point line. Radford averages 13.4 points, 5.3 rebounds and 2.3 assists in 30.4 minutes per game, shooting 41.9 percent rom the field and 34.4 percent from the 3-point line.
Forwards Henry Coleman III and Julius Marble are the most productive big men. Coleman averages 9.9 points and 5.9 rebounds and Marble averages 9.3 points and 4.3 rebounds. Guard Dexter Dennis averages 9.1 points, 5.6 rebounds and 1.2 assists.
Tennessee beat Texas A&M 65-50 in the SEC Tournament championship game last March, behind 17 points from Santiago Vescovi, 16 from Josiah-Jordan James and 14 from Kennedy Chandler. The Vols jumped out to a 14-0 lead in the game’s first six minutes and never looked back, winning the program’s first conference tournament title since 1979.
