The Tennessee Volunteers are on a bye week this week, but the recruiting trail is active as always. In this installment of Tral Tidbits, Volquest takes a look at the latest.

Elite RB David Gabriel Georges visits again

Four-star DE Jordan Carter visits Tennessee following de-commitment from Texas A&M

“They just communicate with me really well,” Gabriel Georges said of what is standing out about Tennessee. “They always make sure to call me and let me know that I am priority. They are always telling me they want me to be a part of their team and want me for me. That is really great to hear. They do a really good job of communicating with my family, and letting me and them know how they can fit in their program and their offense.”

Tennessee has worked for months to get Carter back on campus, and their message to him during this visit was clear.
“The coaching staff was just telling me that I have every offer in the country, but to just go where I am loved,” Carter said of this. “Honestly, I feel like I am loved at Tennessee, and that is a school I am really leaning toward as my recruitment is about to get shutdown in the next few weeks with signing day coming up since I will be enrolling early at whatever school I choose. They just got that message through my head that I am a priority to them. They have let me know they are always going to be in contact with me and want me to be playing for them in December.”
