Tennessee hosted a number of top targets on Saturday with Arkansas in town, and they made a strong impression on a number of top targets in the 2027 class over the weekend. Volquest takes a look at the latest in this installment of Trail Tidbits. You can watch the video below.

Elite RB David Gabriel Georges impressed by family visit to Tennessee

“It was a great visit,” the elite prospect said. “What was different about this visit was that I had my family with me. It was nice just being able to sit around and talk with the coaches, even if they (my parents) speak French, because we had someone with us that was able to translate for them, so getting to know this place more and getting to know the coaches more. They were able to do a tour visit before the game and were able to see the facilities, the offices and the meeting rooms, and we kind of saw what they said about those and everything that would be done in the next five years, and they have some cool things for their players with equipment and stuff.”

Elite EDGE KJ Green has Vols in top schools now

“This was my first game day here, and honestly, it was way better than I expected,” Green said of this trip. “It was a great environment with great people and and a great coaching staff. It was better than what I expected. I would just say between the atmosphere and the defense. That just went together.”

“Oh man, those guys were getting after it all night,” Green said of this. “Sacks, strip sacks, tackles for loss, all of that. It looked great out there. That really tells me a lot about Coach Chop and that defense and how they run the defense.”
