We are just two days away from Tennessee taking on Alabama for the rights to remain undefeated and ranked inside the top-10. Saturday marks the first time since 1989 the two programs meet both undefeated and ranked inside the top-10. The game will also serve as Tennessee’s fourth game this season against a ranked team. The Vols are 3-0 thus far.
Tennessee has lost 15-straight in the series, but enters the showdown sporting the nation’s second-largest tally in total offense (559.2 yards per game), but leads the SEC in scoring at 46.8 points per game. Hendon Hooker, along with Jalin Hyatt and Bru McCoy look to keep the offensive firepower rolling as Cedric Tillman’s available in the ballgame remains in serious question.
