Carter is part of an offensive line duo at Mater Dei that would be a huge addition to USC’s 2024 class. Fellow Monarch Brandon Baker is the nation’s No. 1 offensive tackle and No. 25 overall prospect. Carter is the No. 2 player in California while Baker checks in at No. 16.
