Miller Moss draws praise for his spring play

If you listened to a majority of college football fans, and even USC fans, Miller Moss shouldn't be at USC right now. Following the commitment of quarterback Caleb Williams out of the transfer portal, the prevailing thought was that Moss would hit the portal and look for a program where he could play right away. Except, the only person who mattered didn't see it working out that way.
