Last Tuesday night, Harvey announced on Twitter that his commitment announcement date's set for Monday October 16. He told us his plans are to announce at Quince Orchard HS. On3/WeAreSC plans to be at the commitment event whether his choice is USC, Penn St. or Maryland.
