The Trojans roared back from a  37-25 halftime deficit to outscore the Bruins 52-27 in the second half before over 9600 screaming fans at Galen. Boogie Ellis by himself tied UCLA with 27 points in the second half. The downstairs and two upstairs student sections were full and the rest of the crowd was almost all Trojan fans. Andy Enfield said after the game that this crowd and last year’s home crowd against UCLA were as good as any atmospheres he has seen anywhere.
