Of the 13 transfer portal additions who arrived at USC in time to participate in spring ball, many established themselves as guaranteed contributors this season. Quarterback Caleb Williams, running back Travis Dye, rush end Romello Height, linebacker Shane Lee and cornerback Mekhi Blackmon are all likely starters. Wide receivers Mario Williams, Brenden Rice and Terrell Bynum will land somewhere on the two deep and could be significant parts of the offense. Running back Austin Jones will get plenty of touches and offensive tackle Bobby Haskins will get a shot to start on either side. Since the end of spring ball, eight more additions have been made known to the USC roster. Seven are via the transfer portal and one is a late junior college signee. Here's a look at how this group will impact the roster immediately upon their arrivals.
