This offseason, ESPN has put together Future Power Rankings for quarterback, offense and defense. The exercise looks at not only how strong the program is at that position or on that side of the ball for the 2023 season, but into 2024 and 2025 as well. Of course, the transfer portal can. make 2025 seem like 3025 with how much roster movement can happen between now and then. A few programs, USC included, proved that things can change completely over the course of two offseasons. But as things stand right now, ESPN is high on what the USC offense can achieve over the coming seasons. The Trojans finished No. 1 in the Quarterback Future Power Rankings. And USC is right back in that spot when it comes to the offense as a whole.
