Latest Transfer Portal Quarterback Predictions

Texas A&M defensive lineman Micaiah Overton has entered the NCAA transfer portal, On3 has learned. He is the brother of LT Overton, another Aggie player who has left the program in recent days.

Overton had two appearances during the 2023 season, both coming against nonconference opponents. He was able to record a tackle against ULM and also made an appearance against ACU. During his first year in the program in 2022, Overton did not step onto the field.

This will not be Overton’s first time going through the portal process. His college career began back at Liberty, playing for the Flames over three seasons. He linked up with his brother in College Station beginning in 2022 and will now be entering his sixth season of college football.

Overton played high school football at Tuscaloosa (AL) Bessemer Academy, where he was a three-star prospect. He was the No. 2,626 overall recruit in the 2019 cycle, according to the On3 Industry Rankings, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.
