Ohio State transfer RB Evan Pryor commits to Cincinnati
Ohio State transfer running back Evan Pryor has committed to Cincinnati, he announced on Wednesday.
Pryor committed to Ohio State as part of the loaded 2021 recruiting class. He was the No. 92 overall player in his class, and he was the No. 6 running back and the No. 5 player in the state of North Carolina.
The running back was on the cusp of breaking out in the spring and offseason of 2022 before a bad knee injury sidelined him for an entire season. He came back healthy this offseason but couldn’t climb up the Buckeyes depth chart.
The Bearcats add a running back who never could carve out solid playing time at Ohio State but has the potential to be a lead back. He has 40 carries for 147 career yards and a touchdown.
