Georgia Tech defensive back KJ Wallace has entered the NCAA Transfer Portal.

The now-former Yellow Jackets corner joined the program two seasons ago after beginning his collegiate career with the Notre Dame Fighting Irish.

KJ Wallace played high school football at the Lovett School (GA), where he was a four-star prospect. He was the No. 287 overall recruit in the 2019 cycle, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.

In three years at Notre Dame, Wallace saw playing time sporadically, totaling five tackles, including one for loss. However, during his two seasons with the Yellow Jackets, the defensive back accumulated 87 total tackles, eight passes defensed, two sacks, two forced fumbles and two interceptions.

Time will tell where he ends up next, but KJ Wallace will be looking to continue his steady improvement wherever football takes him in 2024.
