Oklahoma State safety Nicolas Session has entered the NCAA transfer portal, On3 has learned. Session has spent the past four seasons in Stillwater under head coach Mike Gundy but will finish out his college career elsewhere.

Session played in 11 of Oklahoma State’s 13 games this year after missing the entire 2022 regular season due to injury. He wound up making three tackles, with two of them coming against Kansas. If anything, Session was a reserve for the Cowboys.

Having at least one year of eligibility remaining, Session will likely be looking for a bigger role heading into 2024. He spent most of his time at Oklahoma State contributing on special teams. Getting consistent work in a secondary could be his goal moving forward.

Session played high school football at Salt Lake City (UT) East, where he was a three-star prospect. He was the No. 1,666 overall recruit in the 2020 cycle, according to the On3 Industry Rankings, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.
