Troy Trojans EDGE Zach Edwards has entered the NCAA Transfer Portal, On3 has learned.

Prior to his time with the Trojans, Edwards spent the beginning of his collegiate career with the Louisville Cardinals, where he played in the ACC. Now, he’ll be looking for his third home in as many seasons.

Zach Edwards played high school football at Starkville (MS), where he was a three-star prospect, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. Former Louisville running back Gregory Desrosiers enters NCAA transfer portal

Another Louisville player chose a new path earlier last week, as running back Gregory Desrosiers is back in the transfer portal. Desrosiers is in the portal once again after spending the past two seasons at UMass, On3 has learned.

He made plays on offense and special teams in 2023 for the Minutemen, earning first-team College Football Network All-Independent Team honors on offense and special teams.

Gregory Desrosiers signed with Louisville for the class of 2020. He appeared in four games for the Cardinals his first season there and appeared in three games for the Cardinals in 2021.

After that, Gregory Desrosiers entered the transfer portal, before ending up at Massachusetts.

Desrosiers appeared in 12 games at UMass during his first season with the Minutemen in 2022, scoring a pair of touchdowns. He rushed for 210 yards on 44 carries. He also caught eight passes for 24 yards and averaged nearly 21 yards per kick return on 29 returns.

The versatile Desrosiers had another strong season in 2023, finishing with four touchdowns. He rushed 37 times for 301 yards, caught 15 passes for 185 yards and averaged more than 19 yards per carry.

It will be interesting to see which school Gregory Desrosiers chooses next after proving that he can make plays as a running back, receiver and on special teams.
