I agree with the community service part.They were probably out doing community service at 2am and saw a fight and were breaking it up

There IS the possibility that one guy actually did the assault and the other two were just there. Anyways I'm sorry but if Braeden was in on this, that's strike 3.
Maybe I'm just wrong, but idk if that looks like Kasak to me. Looks to small. Definitely LOOKS like Davis BUT I wouldn't sit here and say it for sure is.

Upon closer inspection they look remarkably like 3 Oky State wrestlers.
All things considered 2 a.m. walking back to campus seems to lean toward a bar or parking lot altercation after closing time.
I can see where a quick body slam to the pavement ends things. From there it becomes a he said he said, and conflicting witness statements. Afterwards the 180 lb guy gets **** from his buddies when they say that kid was 30 lbs lighter than you. Someone tells him it was a wrestler, and he pulls out his phone and calls the cops.
Unless some kid is in the hospital with serious injuries, this kind of stuff, if semi accurate, gets pleaded down to a misdy, maybe a fine and community service. Being off campus is quite significant as well from a penalty point of view.
Then there is the team discipline part. Depending upon the who and his resume of past transgressions, I could see this as a last straw if the circumstances are particularly damning. It doesn't seem so yet.
Even the picture evidence of the three stooges isn't 100% convincing to me that it is who we think it is. This is most likely a minor squal that blows over in a few weeks.

Inside word says Kasak was there but didn't commit any crime and wasn't involved in the assault. Davis however.. could benefit from a transfer and sit out a year to get some real help

So at the end of the day, you get Braeden some help and a fresh start, maybe back home at Michigan or Sparty, and maybe a month suspension at most for Kasak. This gets Sealey a chance to compete more and Tyler can be ready for the Big Ten season. As far as the third guy goes ...He can still go on tour and perform the big hits Dance Hall Days and Everybody Have Fun Tonight

You guys are overlooking the obvious. This whole situation is the work of Slumlord Bob. He paid 3 guys from Iowa who closely resemble Penn State wrestlers to go to State College and start an altercation. Then he whisked them out of there before anyone could catch them and learn the truth. All that is left is a questionable photo that is intended to frame 3 PSU guys.

This is tracking from my source also. Says it’s a little too early to investigate further, but figured this could be it for BD. Which is unfortunate for the kid, good student, hard worker, just really poor decision making skills. Or as we would call him back in the day, a “knucklehead. “ But they were fun guys to hang out with.

And mandatory drivers license eye test for any of you geezers who are having trouble identifying the PSU wrestlers in the pic. It’s as clear as day who is in that photo, stop living in denial.
If it was my kid and he was suspended for nothing, lawyer would be called.
The team could suspended him for putting himself in a stupid situation ie "violation of team rules" and a lawyer could do absolutely nothing about it.
