Every week it is the exact same problems.....can't tackle, can't throw, can't catch, can't cover and can't coach!

Honestly- the fourth down play. I can only assume this Beamer. We have a history of similar terrible/stupid GL or short yardage plays and it spans 3 OCs with the same HC.
Deepest room we have is the Rb room. We have a running qb. We don’t run a run read option with those two at worst to get the 1st? SMH.

Briles is another genetic coaching wonder boy like his boss. Imagine if these two bred, the genus coach they would produce.

I admit I do not know who 90% of our players are anymore. Every year they are all new, next year they are gone and a new batch of losers arrives. All I know is whatever we are paying for these guys, it is too much for what we are getting.

Run it right at them and make them stop it! No trickery!

We are also dropping too many catchable passes. Agree OL & RB are much improved. Kicking game appears solid. There are positives but outweighed by mistakes & blown leads. Less penalties- it seems - are another bright spot. We have scored more but it hasn’t translated to wins obviously.(

It's a business now. Right?
We used to know the players, follow their recruiting from the 6th grade on. Now they are just a commodity, traded from year to year like used cars. Sometimes you find a good used one, mostly you keep them for a year then send them to the auction and make them someone else's problem. They are here such a short time now that there really is no time to know them before they are gone again, unless they do something really good or really bad.

That’s what I am saying too. It’s almost as if the plays are called in hopes the other team will stop it

Briles’ offense has led us to 34 points in 2 of our losses. Whatever else is going on, if you score 34 points in a conference game, you should win. The losses ain’t his fault.
Never said the loss was his fault.
Don't understand with Sellers struggling why we throw three straight times and punt. Especially since the Kentucky coach said "we couldn't stop them".
He's smart, but he lacks common sense.

Briles is the least of our problems. We have receivers running wide open all over it field.
Glad someone else is seeing this. He’s the best thing about this team very obviously. Imagine having guys in the system for 2-3 years and see where we are at.
some of the system makes guys look twice as good as they might in another offensive system.

We have proven over the last 40 years that we don’t have the talent upfront to consistently do that. Wish we did. It has maddened me -esp. last 12-13 years of what our OL looks like. The various coaches like a certain type looking guy instead of the better player.

What Briles can't say out loud is "Woods is a better passer than Sellers no doubt, but there is no one to throw the ball to".
WE are stuck with a running QB because we have had little WR development. Little DB too. three 3-year starters leave and no one else knows where to stand, run, stop, tackle, etc... By the way, in the Chiefs game today Ty Thorton caught a long pass and was tackled near the goal line. He got up to celebrate and was like oh shoot, by ankle is sideways- it was gruesome looking because he stood up on it.
