WNBA plays tomorrow

. Got NFL tomorrow, but will definitely check-in from time to time.
Not really haha dont they play mostly in HS size gyms unless Indiana is in town?
have you ever watched the Aces play? Nearly a sellout every game. The Valkeries? 100% sellouts two years in a row. Those a western conference teams where Clark rarely plays.
Atlanta beat the Liberty, but Allisha Gray (Gamecock champion, for those who don't follow) only played 11 minutes after suffering an injury. Looks like a broken or dislocated finger.
The Aces took it on the chin at home.
I checked in on both. Had the Multiview going with three NFL games. Dream/Liberty game much better than the Valkeries/Aces. Aces are dealing with a lot of injuries and having to play their 3 stars far too many minutes. They seemed tired yesterday. I expect a much better game from them Wednesday night. Of course the ratings are not going to be what Caitlin would bring in if she advanced. However, WNBA ratings are up across the board from where they were 2-3 years ago. You have basketball fans that were previously only focused on the guys check in because of Caitlin and find out that the WNBA is not a bad product. Now, if you don't understand the game and only looking for athleticism, then you won't get it. However, a true basketball fan knows good basketball whether its men, women, or kids playing.
Saw they had to tarp over the upper deck for the game Reese's team was playing in. Fewer than 10,000 in attendance. For a seminfinals game. Oooof.
Well, there must not be alot of TRUE basketball fans out there. All those filled stadiums for the guys teams are all fake fans that dont really i derstand the game.

Funny thing is, they closed off the upper deck, so that the lower level would be filled and make it look more packed than it was.

Drawing 10,000 fans in a market like Atlanta is absolutely nothing. If a theater was big enough, it could draw 10,000 fans for a new Marvel movie.
Absolutley. Everyone knows that, even ifbthey wont admit it. I just love the lack support being written off as people not being REAL basketball fans. Laughable as it is pathetic.
OK. Simple question. If women's basketball is so bad, and men's is so good, how come USC women have several sellouts a year and average over 14,000 per game, while the men rarely fill the lower bowl?
The Dream have sold out every regular season home game this season, They moved the playoff game to a bigger arena. But I understand why you didn't know that, you don't watch the games.
Because our wbb is more competitive in its league than the men are in theirs.
What is attendance like at colleges with bad wbb programs? What is attendance like at colleges with the best mbb programs?

“Sold out” comes with the asterisk that a sellout is fewer than 4,000 fans. More fans show up for Byrnes’ football games. Than the average Dream home game.
even so, for a semifinals game to draw fewer than 10k fans is pathetic.

Early #'s are showing anywhere from a 50% to 63% decease in TV viewership since Indiana was cheated....er....eliminated.

Been seeing lots of stuff about Wilson. Was she as radicalized when she was here? I've never watched our women play, but from the little I gleaned peripherally, she seemed like a nice girl.
Just watch the clip of her momma after the 3rd game of Aces vs Indiana and you'll have your answer. Glaringly obvious she was brainwashed from birth by her mom in the ways of all things woke.
