JC passing game is carving up IC. IC QB running for his life on every play. Lucky to be ahead at half 6-0
Weather playing a factor. It’s cold! IC also rotating more players than they have all season. JCA hasn’t been able to finish drives and IC had the ball for maybe 10 plays in the first half
If today's weather hurts you, the playoffs weather is going to kick your butt.
Doesn’t hurt. Seems obvious that 20 mph winds and weather that’s 25 degrees colder would impact a passing team
Why? I was told no one would be able to stay within 3 scores of IC in the playoffs.
IC played it fairly conservatively. After the first two drives, JCA never threatened to score. I wouldn't read too much into this score. IC did what they needed to do to get the win.
JCA defense is among top units in the state. The offense is nowhere near that level yet. Shutout by PC, IC, and nearly shutout by DePaul and Fenwick.

Their defense and RB (#23) played great. Their QB was having success, just threw some bad INTs at unfortunate times when they were driving. Figure they’ll be a tough out in the playoffs
They won five games playing a Catholic schedule. I don't think any 3A public school is beating them.
Heard that same thing the last 3 years with Byron vs. Montini and Byron vs. IC.
Byron has had (at a minimum) 10 bye weeks the last 3 years to prepare for Montini/IC. For either to have scored a point against Byron is a win in itself. With 11+ bye weeks this year, IC has no chance!
