Seems like both guys are wrestling conservatively, looking forward to their next match? Now Green with TD and leg lace for 2 more, 9-2. Another TD, 11-2. Artunyan, BTW, just finished his match before this one like thirty seconds before this one started. And, Green finishes it out, feet to back, 15-2.
All Manning has to do is exist, and he pisses me off.
It would be awesome if Green won Bronze so that every guy medals, which is truly amazing!
Green will wrestle Yazdani in about twelve minutes. Yikes, this format is brutal.

Yaz comes out firing, but Green scrambles away. Green gets the initial TD, laces, but can't turn. Back to their feet. Yaz fires off a shot, Green stuffs it. Green has him backing up, but Yaz circles in. Yaz attempts an arm throw, but misses. End of the first.

Now Yaz gets a TD. 2-2. 1:45 to go. Handfighting, but not much happening. Under a minute. Another TD for Yaz, Gut and 2 more. 6-2. Green with a couple of halfhearted shots. Yaz gets warned for avoiding action, then gets another TD. And, it ends 8-2. Green's tournament ends.
So now we need to win 1 of our 3 medal matches or Russia has to lose one for us to win the team title

We already won. Worst case scenario, we would still have an extra silver to their bronze, which is greater than the difference of their 5th to our 7th.

Mongolian really did nothing in this Bronze medal match. Russian wins 6-0.
Khaniev is so good. His only 2 losses in the last year are to Levi and Nolf (RAF)
Red warned for action. Truthfully, neither guy doing much. Iran drives Haines out for one, 0-1. Blood for the Iranian. Back at it now. Now Levi warned for action. Levi in on the shot, and gets the TWWOOOO. Now, the Iranian gets two. 2-3. And, that's how the period ends.
Back to action for period 2. Haines with the shot, but Iran scrambles out. Now Haines scores TD, 4-3. And, back to their feet. Casey in the corner for Levi. Haines keeps taking ground. Shot by Iran, but Haines stuffs it. Under a minute to go. Now under 30. And Haines IS YOUR 79KG WORLD FREAKING CHAMPION!!!!!!!!!!!!

We're now back underway Nok changes level and shoots but Haines blocked it off. Nok tries to run him off the mat but Haines says no and they break apart. There's 1:20 to wrestle. Levi tries to change levels but nothing comes of it. We're at :55. Haines leads 4-3. Nok with a neat shot attempt that puts Levi off balance but he is fine. Nok underhooks but can't get him t the mat. Nok trying to score but Haines is defending well.
