No PSU fan one wanted Franklin to lose the WO to Oregon, then coach perhaps the worst game in PSU history losing to a feeble UCLA, then lose to a bad NW on homecoming. Somehow, someway, Franklin incredibly achieved that trifecta, but to be clear no one wanted him to have that epic fail he did have.

Just like you with all your snarky Campbell comments but you love the Nittany Lions and want them to win yet these people who rightfully criticized Franklin on a PSU football board were hoping he would lose? Trolls yeah, but not fans of the program. You can be critical but still a fan.

They were criticizing Franklin when he was 10-2….I’m criticizing Campbell after four losses in a row without playing any of the top teams…see the difference? If Campbell was 6-1 or even 5-2, I wouldn’t be critical of him.

Do you look at this roster and think it's a 10 win roster? If not you're doing exactly what they did with no real thought behind it. Name one DL you see playing in the NFL? Name one RB you see playing in the NFL? 2 pretty big spots on any B1G roster to not have any real talent at. Being critical without any real thought isn't being critical. I think on Saturday was the first day we have seen the DL actually do ANYTHING at all since B1G play and it wasn't exactly dominant. People were idiots about JF, but people like pnny were NEVER ever going to give him a chance because he wasn't a Joe guy and he was too tan for him....that is what pnny is and I'm not sure why people still engage him.

Who did he try to get there that you're so upset about.....to be honest I doubt even you know a name, but just want to whine a bit because PSU is going to be down for at least 2 years. SOME OF US knew this was a real possibility when JF got fired and then there were people like you. I can't wait for you list of names you wanted and how much they were offered while turning it down.....but I know you're just talking out your arse and pouting.

So you're now being that guy because you didn't get your way like Marshall? So now a HC gets less than a year if you don't get your way....we get Marshall part DUHHH. I was never a JF has to go, but I understand why he got fired as he literally fell on his face in spectacular fashion last year. You have no idea on how this will turn out nor do I, but now are acting like the buffoons that were carrying on about James for years.....congrats on being that hypocrite.
