Five seconds of research tells me she didn;t say that, but she did call the three "chambers" of government the presidency, the house and the senate.
So she kinda phrased something awkwardly when speaking off the cuff one time 8 years ago (almost identical to a similar said by Tommy Tubberville among others), not really the same thing as actively believing there are 4 branches of government, and also not even saying "four" or "branches"

There's good crazy and bat **** crazy, we all like the first but the latter will cost you money, misery, sanity, and get your throat cut in your sleep or make you slit your own wrists. The latter. She's very likely not dumb and is probably above average intelligence (not above what this board would consider average intelligence, but I think people forget just how much of a bubble they are in and the vast hordes of morons they don't interact with on a daily basis). She's just maleducated and has responded to incentives. It's in her best interest to not understand things and say stupid ****, so that's what she does. The fact that she's freezing her eggs as a 36 year old tells me maybe that hasn't worked out for her in a holistic way, but if you just look at it from a financial perspective, she likely would have trouble making much beyond $100k otherwise (and could likely only hit that because of living in a high COLA), but instead gets much more than that plus the opportunity for graft.
She’s not even the least bit intelligent. A debate between her and Comma LaLa would be like two sloths brawling.
I get leaning ieft, but defending her to the death is a losing proposition. Candidates like her in both parties are our problem. We need qualified people with brains. You gotta see she ain’t it.
