Is Clemson that bad or is LSU that good?

I think LSU’s defense is top tier. Not so sure about their offense. I think they are going to struggle to score against good defenses.

I wasn't impressed with Leavitt last year when he played us but he's with Lane now and he's got weapons everywhere. I think LSU is for real. Dabo may be about to wrap up his career at Clemson. They look bad.

I think it’s more that Clemson is bad. I tried to will them to a win but it’s apparent that Dabo’s old school approach will cost him his job. They look slow and depleted.

LSU will need to throw better to be a real contender.

LSU is not for real.
Sorry you lost your coach that you thought would never leave. He's with a team now that isn't going to hold him back. They'll get the SEC back on top with or without NFL talent. Or a guy that had to get an extra year due to "chronic tonsillitis".

1 it's their first game
2 look what Kiffen did at ole miss

LsU is going to be good this year. Stop buying the UM shot.
What did I say about UM?

LSU is absolutely going to be great this year but it’s largely going to be because of their defense. I think LSU will beat OM but I don’t think they would beat Georgia or Texas. Leavitt is not even close to arch, chambliss or Stockton. Honestly, I’d probably take Kamario over leavitt.

Up 44-3 and Lame Kiffin was going for the 2point conversion.
No class...No sportsmanship...
Lame Kiffen needs Class as badly as Bonnie Blue needs Jesus.
LOL. After all the shots that he took this week, do you really think he is going to take his foot off of the gas?

Did you ever know who Chambless was this time last year?

My opinion… Clemson has issues and they are not an elite team. But, I do think they aren’t as terrible as people think. I don’t like them, but I thought LSU looked incredible. They are extremely well coached, talented, and playing with a lot of confidence. Kiffin is probably going to be this generation’s version of Nick Saban.

Or maybe he's treating this like a warm up game because they are so far ahead and getting ready for the rest of the season. Running real plays against someone who hasn't seen it. With everyone making big time money who cares about class anymore. It's about winning.
Heck UM always runs the score up just to pad stats against cupcakes. LSU was at least trying to improve (2 pt conversion experience) with what they were doing.

No, but I know who Leavitt is. I’ve seen him in action up close and personal against a bad defense and he was not good.

I dont know why you’re turning this into a debate. I’m agreeing with you that lsu is great. I just think their defense is going to be the reason they win games against better teams.

We'll see if he stays. He may bolt for the NFL.

He loves drama and young girls/ social media. I don't see that going over well in the NFL.

I think that he'll be like Mullen and leave/ not realize what he has/ could be.

This is his junior season. He can improve and has the staff to help him max out is what I'm saying. To the point as look at what Kiffen did with a no body that everyone is praising now.

I might take Leavitt over Stockton. Maybe. I wouldn’t take him over any of the rest. But he’s not a bad qb. And with better coaching & a lore better supporting cast he’ll be fine at lsu.

LSU will be hard to beat as long as Leavitt is healthy but if continues to play like he did last night that won't be long .

LSU is loaded at every position. They are damn good and played with great effort until the last whistle. Layne and his staff are really good and it pleases me to hear Ole Miss people say they are better off without him because they have a defensive minded coach. Clemson is not good, but I think LSU may be as good by the end of the season as their National Championship team with Joe Morrow. Nobody wants to play those guys right now.

I believe both. Dabo is the anti-Lane, he refused to evolve for years and is now playing portal catch-up. Clemson’s fall has been hard and fast.

LSU is absolutely loaded with NFL talent, which makes me wonder why Lane went to such lengths for two guys who weren’t NFL-level players.

LSU defense is top tier legit. I think their offense is not on the same level

They may not win a NC this year, but will be n the conversation
