The way they put that floor together was horrible. Our players said it was slippery during our match and I saw one PSU player slide as she approached for a hit. Lucky she didn't suffer an ACL tear or similar injury on that floor. Next game between Missouri and Nebraska had to be canceled after two delays as they just couldn't stop the condensation on the floor. You think that system would have been tested well before putting it on a grass stadium surface..Hope to never be in an outdoor event again that was a major injury waiting to happen
Beat UNC 3-0. We looked pretty dang good tonight. Kind of surprised me as we just got back from Chicago and all the Wrigley hoopla and we're primed for a let down night against a top 20 team probably gunning for us. We were in total control all night and looked sharp. Gaerta looked very strong tonight. Talked to her parents tonight and they said she's been playing hurt and is just now beginning to get healthy. She could become a huge factor, even more than we've already seen. Learned more but will save that for later but pretty good news.Playing unc tonight. SEC network at 6 ET.
