Boobie - wish he could have played for that 2010 team. With Ballard didn’t really need him and not sure they would have won any more games but he deserved to play on a good team

To me it's Dontae Jones and it may not be close. He was a generational talent at 6'8". He had the Michael Jordan turnaround fadeaway jumper that was impossible to stop. He could jump higher than anyone on the floor and could dunk any way he wanted. Could play every position on the floor and had unlimited range. He'd block your shot, get the ball and take it coast to coast for a tomahawk dunk. He could score like Hubbard at 6'8". No telling what he could do these days with 5 years. 
Put JJ Johnson on that 1999 team.
For the purpose of this exercise, I think we have to assume that all the guys that left early for MLB, NFL, or NBA draft would have left even under a 5 for 5 rule, so that would eliminate Dontae Jones, Eric Dampier, Chris Jones, Fletcher Cox, & others.
The answer is probably T J Honore back in 1995-1996 to play the point which would have allowed Bullard to come off the bench to give Honore & Super D some breaks.

Dude left after 3 years. He wasn't coming back. He wanted to get to the NBA ASAP.
That's a strong one if the option is ever.
Just ignoring the allegations of throwing the game against Syracuse, Bullard was actually a better scoring guard to me than point guard.
Dampier, Jones, Wilson, Bullard, and Honore would have been a hellacious small ball lineup.
Being able to have two of Honore, Bullard, and Wilson on the floor at all times would have also been a hell of a guard rotation when you didn't want to go small.
Donta left with eligibility though. If it's just picking a player to play five years, then yea, you take somebody that left after three. I'd still probably consider Fletcher Cox over Donta?
