Failure to take advantage of the early interception was not good. Could have been a momentum changer.
Definitely have a QB problem so I'm not sure it would have been a game changer.

They are a lot like USC last year.....no offensive line at all, so QB didn't stand a chance!

Furman looked better against UT than the Taters looked against LSU. They have a high school team. But their schedule is cake, their only potential losses are to Miami and maybe us.

I don't think they have the big money donors to step up and pay the buyout, so, yes, I think Dabo will still be there on 11/28. I think he will still be there on 11/28 of 2027 as well. Clemson isn't "poor", but they aren't rich either and don't have oil money or chicken or Nike money that will step in and pay the buyout. Clemson's money comes from lots of smaller donors. If their donors did pony up to fire Dabo, their NIL and general donation money would take a big hit for years to come.
Clemson went all in on Dabo with his contract. Now, they are going to have to live with what they agreed to.
There's no parallel. Did they just hire an over the hill washed up OC who had been out of the game a few years, and who's last few stops were utter failures he got fired from? See no parallel to us last year at all.
FPI and SP+ need more data to be reliable, but off of that, most of their games are toss-ups. ESPN's predictor only has them over 50% winning chance in 4 games as if right now.

I held the elevator for a tater man in a tater shirt yesterday. He thanked me and I told him a Gamecock is always happy to help a tater out. He said the taters need all the help they can get. Taters know they suck. Taters know they are stuck with Dabo for a while longer. Now taters know how we felt when we could not afford to fire Chump or Beamer.
