This seems like an OK joke for a politician to make
It's just a goofy guy making a goofy lame joke.
Not worse than Jeff Landry isn’t exactly a ringing endorsement.
I've never had a chance to vote for or against Landry, I will with this guy .
He should have audited OM's fake injuries when Lane was signaling for them.
I’m all for all the auditing he does but I’m not a huge fan of the constant self-promotion. He wants badly to be a celebrity. The counter is he’s getting name recognition up to make a run for bigger office. I get it, just don’t love it.
I told someone the other day, they loved the fake injuries when it actually impacted the game to their benefit. But trolling an injury report is a road too far!
My thought as well, it doesn't work like that in MS.
I've honestly been surprised at what seems to be a quandary for a lot of folks on here over who they're hoping wins. Put me on the Lane train biggly this week.

Looks like he's just participating in the hype with a lame joke.
I'm not a fan of Lane, nor do I think he's glued together very tightly, however, I think that a large percentage of what he does is highlight the insanity in CFB today.
CFB: Basically, we have free agency
Lane: Aight, I'll sign some guys who would have gotten a 5th year under a new rule even thought they are trying out in the NFL.
SEC: We want all your injury details in a report each week.
Lane: Fine, I'll get a you a list of everyone who has had any illness this year or at least had a wet fart.
Good point. So when they finally fix it we can all thank Lane for being the catalyst
I’m sure he will find a new way to get under peoples skin. That trait existed pre-NIL. If anything ever gets sorted it will persist.
