Ripley. They’re almost back to Oxford. Must have gone back to refuel.
Probably paid for by OM alumni or athletic department to fire up the team.
It takes a lot of gas to pull the banner. They must drop the banner, land for fuel, then grab the banner after taking off again (I don't think they can take off or land with the banner in tow).
Seems like a lot of trouble, expense - and a bit of danger. They must be obsessed fans.
Possibly. Or just some fake fuel. Wonder if anyone is guarding the oak trees in the grove today, speaking of fake fuel.

Looks like in true LSU vs. OM fashion, LSU did not come to win. That or OM has hacked into LSU's headsets. Or they flew drones over LSU's practice fields. I'm convinced OM has gone to stupid lengths to get the upper hand in this game in any way possible.
