There will be no fines for listing a guy as probable. You know the Patriots pretty much had Tom Brady listed on their injury list from 2004 to 2010 he played in every game. That's NFL but same thing going on.
I think he may have just gotten cleared, not officially announced yet but people that would know are indicating we just got good news on that front.
Eddie Kelly is cleared to play. I don't if he needs an accumulation period but Charlie has said that he has been cleared
