Dylan looks pretty good with an o-line that isn't coached by his worthless uncle.
Raiola forced out of the pocket. Misses a wide open receiver 15 yards away. Overthrows a WIDE open WR but the guy makes a one handed diving catch to the one…. Only to be negated by an OL holding call trying to protect a guy who can’t move. We’ve seen this movie before.

Whatever he does for the Ducks, I’ll still be glad NU moved on. Huskers are better - and 1,000 times more fun to watch - with Colandrea at QB.
He is playing in a system that takes the decision making pretty much out of it for him . IMO Dylan is a slow blinker and nit sure that can be coached out of anyone.Yeah. Looks like he’s having fun playing for a real team.

Morbid curiosity makes me wonder what Raiola would have done with this year’s O line. Better maybe. Still a loser probably.
I'm shocked USC isn't blitzing DR? They should know he can't scramble but this is USC we're talking about. Dylan kill zones but struggles against man-to-man and pressure.
He has serious restraints. Coaches won't let him do anything that will get him crushed and force QB3 into the game..

Dylan had 31 passing tds at NU in a season and a half as a freshman and sophomore. He was a good qb. We were looking at a 7-3 start when he broke his leg. From day 1 he was a terrible fit for a Rhule offense...which is highly likely to be bad and will need a tough qb who can make plays outside of the play-calling. A tough running qb worked at Temple, Baylor, and a bit with HH.
I've never been all that impressed with his game but that comparison isnt right.
