Folks…take a look at South Carolina’s last 7 SEC games….they were all losses….Folks take a look at South Carolina’s last 12 SEC games…..11 were losses. Take a nap Freddie
His point is that there's not alot of distance between much of the SEC this year (besides UGA).
The SEC is a brutal conference. Any of the top teams can lose on any given Saturday. We have played two every good teams and lost. Do you think our country cousins could have done better.
I know what happened the last time we played them.
So you're saying that there should only be 2-3 SEC teams in the top 25 instead of 10? I think 10 is too many looking at it objectively but there just aren't 15 top notch teams out there.
At this point in the season, every season, the top 25 is still pretty useless. Teams are still living off of their preseason ranking which is based on reputation, history and optimism. I look for the big shakeup to happen in the next couple of weeks now that pretty much everyone is into their conference schedules and the cupcake games are behind us.
Who would have ever though UK would beat aTm and UF would have beaten Ole Miss three weeks ago?
I'm beginning to start believing the fans of teams from other conferences that the SEC teams are starting way too high in the rankings. We don't have much to show for it in the last couple years.
