I think he could eventually be in the conversation, and best part is he’s got 3 more years potentially after this year. Could go down as one of our greats on the OL if he stays healthy and sticks around a while.

But Evans and Fluff are portal transfers too and I’m not sure I’d put him above either of those yet. Or Brenen Thompson.

I watched him closely against Missouri and South Carolina after he graded so well against Minnesota because I just wondered about the talent level at Minnesota. He was a beast in both games against two solid defensive lines. He should play on Sundays.
This is another kid that we will have to pay next year. I hear that he really likes Starkville and is tight with DJ Chester, so I think we can keep him. This is a good problem to have for next year.

Thompson was great but I would pump the brakes on calling him our best because he was only here one year

I take your point, but OP said Prudhomme is the best ever after 4 games.
Its an interesting discussion topic for sure.

I’m excited about him. No need to create some BS debate about who’s the best transfer. I’m just happy that it seems the coaches identified a guy this good who was apparently pretty under the radar coming in.

While we’re discussing O-line…
Anyone else notice Loadholt wearing “coaching in“ sunglasses during a night game Saturday against Missouri?
