Roberto’s River Road Restaurant, just south of Baton Rouge just along the river. Ate there a few months ago while in BR for a wedding. Fantastic food.

Going to put a butt on the smoker about 11:00 and a pot of Red Beans & Rice after lunch. Just finished mixing up some dough for a couple loaves of bread that I'll let rise for a few hours and I'll do them in the Dutch ovens late afternoon. Got to blow the damn roof off today too and do some maintenance on the generator. Wait, we've got a ballgame today?
