Which foot?

Although there is impressively little information out there about KT's injury, I have heard several people say it is his plant foot (right foot). In the Alabama game his left foot was the heavily taped foot and seemed to be the foot he was favoring. His left foot would certainly impact his mobility, but the right foot would have the biggest impact on pocket passing.

Am I dumb? Have I not paid attention?

He's right handed, right? Left foot is plant foot.

ETA: You made me think I needed to cut back on beer watching games. Kamario is indeed right handed.
Terminology mistake on my part. Maybe the better term is "drive" foot or push off foot?

I think either foot is going to have a real impact on your throwing ability. It definitely affected him vs Alabama though.

Everyone is just guessing. They are either going to play or they are not. Bottom line Lebby should have bought a deeper roster just for this situation.

“Bottom line is Lebby should have been funded enough to buy a deeper roster.”

There. Fixed it for ya. He isn’t gonna put his own money into the roster.

Don’t act like he hasn’t really missed on some evaluations too. Like spending a fortune on a 3rd string qb last year who has 21 passing yards at South Florida now.

This rumor we spent all this money on LK is just false. He made some money sure but it wasn’t life changing like some people on here want to think it was. Our budget last year didn’t have this mountain of cash allocated to a backup QB.

Why? Kid got hurt. It sucks but how is that entirely on Lebby? Some of yall just hate Lebby no matter what he does.
With a healthy K1, we are walking into Baton Rouge at worst as a 3 or 4 point underdog.

With our backup QB, we are now a 17.5 pt underdog in spite of being ranked 6 spots higher than LSU

That is absurd

i don't hate Lebby. I think it would squash all the rumors if he just came out said "Taylor has this injury and he is doing these things to get ready and we hope he is back by X game."

It's no secret now. All opppnents are going to defend us by playing 4 in the box and defending the pass. Regardless of his Injury report.

This is a testimony to how good K1 is. People acting like we should have 2 of him for just such an occasion are just dumb.
Having two K1s and our backup option being a 180 lb walkon from Jackson Prep are two entirely different conversations

I'm hoping Puckett excels today if he is the guy. Was there no money in the budget for a serviceable backup this year(not saying Puckett isn't) or was there more missed evaluations on the other guys in the qb room?

Swann was who we signed. He had a lower body injury that’s been nagging him for a while. But… Puckett proved in camp he could move the offense and took care of the ball. My understanding is that’s Swann has been a little healthy last few weeks but Puckett was still number two. I’d expect to see both today

Can’t fault Lebby if his backup has been injured. If he’s starting Puckett over Swann, I do question that. Even if both are going to play I’d start the more experienced qb.

Some people will never be happy. The fan base of an SEC team that has just flat out sucked for years is complaining about money allegedly spent in previous years makes perfect sense. If you want to see improvement, just give man. It’s pretty simple.
