I’m not sure what to expect for this game. And I’m not sure if I’ll even get to watch any of it.

Oof. The offense just has nobody remotely dangerous looking today. McKee has happy feet and can’t find the few weapons he has with the poor OL play.

An Iggles game thread that went just one page. Yeah, it’s over for this season. Everyone that matters is hurt or retired and everyone that’s left is turrible.

I think Howie has to blow it up now. Hurts is likely out for 5-6 games. 2-8 when he’s first eligible to return feels possible with the way the offense looks.

They aren’t coming back from that this year. May as well ship a few veterans with value for draft picks. His 2028 draft pick strategy is smart too.

Use the next two seasons to clear a ton of dead cap money. Then load up on young picks who can contribute starting 2029 and 2030.

They’re getting old and play will inevitably head in the wrong direction. We saw this movie in 2019 and 2020.

The fact that Howie already did this then and has referenced it as a philosophy leads me to believe he’ll be a seller here.
