The next major question is what happens to
Bryson DeChambeau, Dustin Johnson and Phil Mickelson and whether the PGA Tour will welcome them back.

I think Phil is ready to be out out to pasture. Bryson and and DJ have miles left on them, although I question DJ’s motivation to compete, just seems like he may not care all that much.

I went to the LIV tournament last year in Nashville. I liked it. Be interesting to see how the guys try to make it back.

I tried to watch LIV once. It was a clown show that resembled professional wrassling. Good riddance.

Don’t you besmirch professional wrassling like that. Honestly I would watch hacks play in tournaments before LIV. Watching guys throw 12’s and clubs would be entertaining as hell.

LIV was a joke and a shitshow for many reasons.

Yet with time, it should be seen as the single major reason for PGA Tour players getting huge payouts in a variety of ways.
LIV forced the PGA Tour to-
- significantly increase prize money
- add some limited field high payout events
- expand the now huge PIP bonus pool for popular Tour players
- increase Tour revenue distribution

Let them enter Q school and make their bones on the Korn Ferry Tour like anyone else wanting to join the PGA. Those that have won a major and still have eligibility to enter tournaments based on that should be allowed that access.

Rahm has said that he is willing to pay any fine to jump back on the PGA.

I want to see the best golfers play together on the same tour. I get there are grudges held but for a fan like me I want to see Bryson and Rahm playing on the tour.

I want Bryson out there because every sport needs a good villain.

The LIV guys will have to do what Patrick Reed did. Play on the DP World Tour for a year and finish in the top 10 of the Race to Dubai standings, which gets them an automatic spot in the PGA Tour. The PGA Tour said they aren't bringing back the same program they did for Brooks Koepka, that allowed him to pay a fine and forfeit some money and return.
