I doubt it. That’s usually not his MO.
He said so in his recent statement about choosing Sayin as starter. Klienholz is a much better runner and bigger. Maybe not against Texas but I expect Klienholz will be given some reps in other games. I'm not sure Day is 100% sold on Sayin.

High 4* QB Devin Brown (#5 QB, 44 overall nationally) left OSU for Cal. He just got beat out by Jaron Sagapolutele.

Sagapolutele committed to Oregon and enrolled on December 27th. Then he entered the transfer portal a week later and committed to Cal.

Maybe we could get Brown for next year If Grunk or Smolik don't pan out.

Brown is a terrible passer. He isn't coming here. Grunk and Smolik are both better options even if they are a step back from Allar. There will be another 50 QBs in the portal better than Brown.

Buckeyes will lose three games this yr… book it! The heat in Columbus will be like never seen before. Unfortunately the young buck from Cbad, CA will be a casualty.

On what grounds?
I have to have a coherent argument? Here?

Here goes:

He's listed at 6-1, 208 which means he's 6'0 200.
He's a camp whiz in no pads so far in his career. I have a 50-50 chance of being correct on actual play.
He's from CA, not having played in a physical high school conference.
Chances are, he's never dealt with inclement weather.
He's a new starter.
PSU's defense is led by OSU's last defensive coordinator who watched him every day last year.

How's that?

So you’re in the camp OSU whiffs on QBs, got it.

Not necessarily - just that I wouldn't bet the house on a first time starter against the #1 team no matter the team he's playing for. OSU has a good chance to win because of all the other talent and being at home. I am also not 100% sold on Arch Manning, who has never played a tough down in college.
