Looks like my early Pribula observation was premature and he settled into an Allar-like first half. UCLA is pounding MSU, so that makes me feel slightly better about our turd from last Saturday. Our performance was still an excusable, but there’s something to be said about a change of leadership at UCLA to reinvigorate the program (wink, wink!)

Well, going by this thread the In-Game NW-PSU thread is going to be a bloodbath.
That is two Pass Interference on No 0 for OSU but no call, Same old same old.

You guys are delusional but it's adorable Their defense made a big play. Beau's fumbled and had a pick dropped. Completed just 4/8 passes and 2 of those were shovel passes.

Please excuse my ignorance on the subject. I have not been on a PSU message board in nearly a year. Is the Beau hate a widespread thing among staters? Or is it just a few overly opinionated, slightly annoying posters. I always thought the kid seemed like a great person… well spoken… loved Penn State. Is it a scorned, she broke up with me now she is trash, middle school thing? Or does it go much deeper?

It's not hatred of Beau--it's the delusion by our fan base that he's somehow elite and we kept the wrong QB--as LMT stated originally.
Beau is mid--hopefully Mizzou wins as Bama losing is always a win but this "Beau is great" stuff is comical. It's the standard "everyone loves the backup QB" or "everyone blames the QB/goalie" simply because they don't know better.

I can see him becoming a hot name as an offensive coordinator this offseason (assuming that he'll finally leave UCLA)...but he's not near the point of becoming a head coach of a major program.

Neuheisel. If not he should look to be one somewhere. He’s been on staff since 2018; not like he’s not been coaching. Nearly every talking head I’ve heard says UCLA’a turnaround is mostly his doing. We’ll see though.
