The Nebby defense reminded me of old PSU defenses on that last pass play.

Watched a bit of that Nebraska game last night - Rhule=Franklin 2.0 indeed. Where have we seen that script before? Start out pretty good and then collapse in the 2nd half (to USC no less - seen that one too). Didn't watch the game too closely at the end but it seemed to me that Nebraska was playing "not to lose" and...wound up losing. All I could think was, thank goodness Rhule got that extension with Nebraska, and then lost this game - we dodged a bullet (unless Kraft does something incredibly crazy).

Pants keept getting shorter, and now it borders on Daisy Dukes.
Even though several players have been wearing shorts instead of pants for a few years now, the NCAA’s rulebook mandates that pants must be worn. The “Mandatory Equipment” in Rule 1, Section 4, Article 3 says that pants, helmets, shoulder pads and knee pads must be worn as protective equipment. The NCAA rules also state that knee pads must be covered by pants and that the pants and pads must cover the knees.
