  1. Wrongful death claims belong to the estate, and a spouse can sue for loss of consortium. So shooting to kill can, in fact, lead to severe fiscal liability. OJ Simpson learned this the hard way.
  2. Is it possible for you to post, just once, without using the word "liberal" in a derogatory way?

More of a chance for a liberal judge to side for you criminals if you live to lie about why you were there.
