No, it is not. It’s good, but it’s most definitely not better. I’ll type more when I finish my drive.

The fake accent of the lead character is killing me. It’s really bad. Makes is almost unwatchable. Tim McGraw is actually doing better than I’d anticipated. Faith Hill looks old, but she’s doing a good job. Sam Elliott is carrying that show.

Right now, it’s kind of reminding me of Lonesome Dove, which I loved.

Yellowstone is filled with such good acting and a compelling story line. I absolutely love the portrayal of John Dutton by Kevin Costner. The speech he gave when announcing for Gov gave me wood. I loved it. The Public Defender’s and his lines to Piper Peraboo in this latest episode were spot on. Yellowstone also has Rip, 1883 doesn’t really have that character developed yet. Every aspect of the show is good, especially the soundtrack. That’s all the stuff I listen to, so I love it. When they busted out Shane Smith and the Saints, I almost lost it. Even dumbass Jimmy’s character and plot line is compelling. Ryan Bingham’s character, I love his music, so, it’s a nice addition to the show. My wife obviously thinks Beth Dutton is her spirit animal. About the only part of the show I don’t like is Jamie.

I enjoy most of it but the kid bothers me..I can already see his storyline..the orphan, through hard work and determination gains self esteem etc etc...well he's 12..that little **** shoveler has to be going to school somewhere..you can't just pick up a child on the side of the road and raise him like a stray dog.

At that time you could. Lol
I've had stray mongrels that have had a great life.

He’s the next Rip.

I hate the horrible accent too but other than that I love it.

as for Yellowstone, I hate Kayce’s wife and WTF is up with a mom toweling off her boy until he reaches puberty… very sick
