It’s times like this when it would be helpful if we had a device that could access all the world’s information. Including access to every professional and amateur movie review of a given film.

Maybe some day!?!

Humans didnt fully discover “alien” technology until what you would call RECENT times.

Excellent. Cinematography was amazing....Long scenes with one camera. Really enjoyed it last night.

I thought it was great with the exception of the score. It sounded like a hallmark movie (I assume - schmaltzy piano) at times, IMO.

I saw it today and would give it a B minus. Not Saving Private Ryan. Seemed Slow at times. Choppy at times. Cinematography was Excellent. Really No Battle scenes. To get Full effect it is a MUST SEE on a Big Screen.

I have a free movie pass to burn so I might check it out. I have to use it before the end of the month. Was thinking about seeing Underwater. I enjoy sci-fi movies but Kristen Stewart is pretty annoying.

Well just got back from seeing it and enjoyed it. It had a couple of slow parts that made it drag at times. Also the single camera view for most of the movie at times got annoying. Didn't care for the long periods where we only got to see a profile view of the character/s and not what was ahead of them. Overall I still enjoyed seeing it. I've always been a fan of war movies (WWII ones the most).

Good movie. I'd give it a B. It beats the heck out of Titanic but not as good as Smokey and the Bandit.

I read the book "11-11-11" last summer. Some of the decisions leaders made that cost lives were worthy of places in hell. There's a line in the movie where the main character tells another Colonel what he's doing and what his mission is. The Colonel tells him to make sure there are witnesses present. Some soldiers just like to fight.

Watch the movie. Read the book 11-11-11.

Similar to above reviews, I would give it a B+. Sort of a cross between Gallipoli and Saving Private Ryan.

Thought the sets were amazing, would really like to know how they filmed the first part, i.e., the crossing of no man's land, which looked like a muddy version of Hell.
