As a season ticket holder, and back when ticket tearing was the norm, I was able to preserve my two tickets to the 2000 NU-Michigan game because I was paid to perform as a juggler in the stadium for a marketing company before the game. Coincidentally, the other performer for the day was a Michigan fan. As we were going to our seats, I said to my co-performer that the tickets would be valuable one day because they weren’t torn. Since the game was an instant and all-time classic, I put the very rare untorn tickets into a zip lock bag for safe keeping. A few years later, I was able to give the tickets to Sean Wieber, who caused the fumble that allowed the victory. Greatest gig/game/souvenirs ever. Go Cats.
