I feel Wallace Rose Hill, Tarboro, and East Carteret are 3 of the favorites. James Kenan and Plymouth always field good teams. Any sleepers?

Whiteville should be a factor. One team that I consider a sleeper would be Riverside. They might make a lot of noise this year.
