Mattamuskeet (5-6) @ Kipp Pride (6-5) - Can the Lakers win a first round game? They have a good passing attack.

Robbinsville (4-6) @ Winston-Salem Prep (4-6) - This should be a clash of conflicting styles as the SMC power comes to a newly formed program.

Bishop McGuinness (4-7) @ Thomas Jefferson (9-2) - I expect a lot of points in this match-up.

I think Cherokee and union academy will be a good one. Cherokee has the obvious home field advantage and has played their best ball of the season the past 4 games. BUT playoff experience could be a huge factor as most of the starters are sophomores mixed with a few juniors and are not use to the playoff pressure.

If Alleghany plays with heart and brings their A game Alleghany vs Hayesville could be a good game. If Alleghany goes through the motions and plays like they can't wait for the season to be over like they did vs starmount then hayesville will blow them out.

If Cherokee comes to play they will win this one. A Cherokee and North Duplin second round game will be a good one.
